HOW TO USE THIS TRACKER:

1. Print 4 copies.
2. Each week, mark a circle each time you tell a lie.
3. At the end of each week, total the number of lies you told and place your answers in the two boxes at the bottom.
4. Do a review at the end of the month.
5. Repeat the process for as long as you wish trying to reduce the number of lies you tell each day. No worries. It's just a reality check.
